Last month, we had the opportunity to photograph our first wedding in Philadelphia, and what a positively beautiful wedding to break us in to the big city ; )
Having met with Jen and David just a few short months before their wedding, we knew we were going to love working with them. Both of them were so kind and genuine, not to mention so incredibly in love! The day went without hassle – everything flowed effortlessly.
Their wedding happened to take place the weekend of a street market. The city was a buzz with vendors, many people walking their pups, and MANY yelling their congratulations to the Bride. Naturally, we had to grab the grooms favorite breed of dog for a few shots. The owner was positively thrilled – taking some photos of her own on her phone.
The reception took place at Rittenhouse Tavern – a quaint art gallery with a unique layout, details, as well as the current art display shown above. This work was created entirely out of backlit film negatives.
